About JCAT Partners
Leadership
JCAT Partners is led by Founder & CEO Larry Glickman, a seasoned community leader with 30 years of experience working across the Jewish communal landscape.
His background includes senior roles at Secure Community Network — the official safety and security organization for the North American Jewish community, and at the Union for Reform Judaism (URJ) — where he supported hundreds of congregations and guided organizations through crisis response, community engagement, and communication challenges.

Larry also has extensive experience as a synagogue executive director and educator. His career has been dedicated to strengthening communities, building relationships, and helping professionals understand the cultural contexts in which they work.

This experience shapes the training and guidance JCAT Partners provides today: practical, grounded, and built on deep familiarity with the needs of Jewish institutions and the professionals who serve them.
Meeting a Critical Need for Jewish Community Awareness
JCAT Partners was created to meet a growing need for practical, respectful, and informed education about the Jewish community. We help professionals engage with cultural sensitivity and confidence while avoiding unintentional missteps that can harm relationships, erode trust, and negatively impact your organization's good reputation.

JCAT Partners equips law enforcement agencies and security firms with the knowledge to communicate effectively, build authentic connections, and strengthen relationships with Jewish individuals and institutions.
